

DEGREE PROGRAMS
Associates Degree Program (24 Credit Hours):
The Associate of Biblical Studies equips emerging leaders with a foundational understanding of Scripture, theology, and Christian leadership. This program is designed for students who desire to strengthen their biblical knowledge, deepen their spiritual walk, and prepare for further academic study or ministry involvement.
Program Outcomes:

Biblical Doctrine (BDT) – Survey of essential doctrines that ground Christian belief.

Old Testament Survey (OTS) – Overview of major people, themes, and structure of the Old Testament.

New Testament Survey (NTS) – Study of Christ, the early Church, and apostolic teaching.

The Ministry of Holy Spirit (HYS) – Exploration of the Spirit’s work, gifts, and role in the believer’s life.

Biblical Theology (BTH) – Understanding how Scripture develops central theological concepts.

Biblical Worldview (BWV) – Interpreting culture and life through a biblical lens.

Biblical Leadership (BLE) – Foundations of spiritual and practical leadership.

Knowing the Voice of God (KVG) – Cultivating biblical discernment and spiritual listening.
Bachelors Degree Program (48 Credit Hours):
The Bachelor of Biblical Studies is designed to develop strong biblical literacy, theological understanding, and ministry competence. Students will engage in deeper study of Scripture, prophetic literature, and practical ministry tools while strengthening their leadership identity and spiritual authority.

Covenants of God (CVG) – A theological examination of biblical covenants and their significance in redemption history.

Prophets & Prophetic Studies (PRP) – Survey of major and minor prophets, prophetic ministry, and biblical prophetic function.

Revelation (REV) – A structured and contextual exploration of the Book of Revelation.

Worship (WOR) – The theology, purpose, and practice of worship from Scripture to modern expression.

Foundations of Faith (FFT) – Core beliefs that shape Christian identity and discipleship.

Biblical Wealth (BWT) – Understanding stewardship, finance, and Kingdom resource management.

Apologetics (APG) – Defending the faith using Scripture, logic, and historical evidence.

Hermeneutics (HER) – Academic study of how to interpret Scripture accurately.
Master’s Degree - Advanced Biblical and Theological Studies:
The Master’s program is designed for leaders, ministers, and serious students who desire to grow in advanced biblical understanding, theological depth, and spiritual maturity. This degree engages students in rigorous study and research, equipping them for ministry leadership, teaching, or continued academic pursuits.

The Canons (CAN) – Exploration of biblical canon formation, structure, and theological implications.

Bible Numbers (BNM) – Study of numerical patterns and symbolism in Scripture.

Etymology (ETM) – Examination of biblical word origins and original language meaning.

Kingdom Living (KLV) – Applying Kingdom principles to spiritual growth, leadership, and personal lifestyle.

Direct Study (DSD – Research Project) – A supervised, comprehensive research project demonstrating mastery of knowledge in a chosen theological area.
Doctorate Degree Program:
LDBI is prayerfully developing its Doctorate Degree Program. This program is currently pending engagement, and more information will be released as plans are finalized. We appreciate your interest and patience as we continue to steward this next phase of academic growth.
Auditors:
An auditor is one desiring to take a limited number of on-site courses for which credit is not received. External Studies coursework may not be audited. Auditors pay only $250 attendance fee per course.
