ABOUT LDBI
Our Mission Statement
Leadership Development Bible Institute (LDBI) is a Christian Bible-based institution of higher education that provides access to ministerial education and training through undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs. LDBI exists to build and equip leaders today for the growth and acceleration of tomorrow’s church. Our general objective is to provide a sound biblical teaching for people to become Disciples of Christ and to the expansion of His Kingdom.
Our Three Pillars
Our Bible College is established on three fundamental pillars. Each pillar has a significant meaning that relates to the purpose and vision of the college. Pillars are vertical structures used as a support for a building; a column, a person occupying a central position. So the word pillar not only suggests a thing but also a person.

From The President
It is my desire as president of Leadership Development Bible Institute (LDBI) to provide an excellent experience in the development of your biblical education. Here at Right Way Bible College, Theology and Biblical Studies is the foundation of all our programs. The emphasis on the teaching and preaching of God’s Word is central to all other ministries of the Church and is, therefore, our major focus. It is our goal to equip you with the necessary tools needed so that you are able to articulate God’s heart from the Word with simplicity, so it is applicable to daily living.
Your reward from God will be based on your obedience to His call on your life, whether in full-time ministry or as a layperson in the church. We commit ourselves to assist you in every way possible in the preparation for that call. Our call and mandate from God are given by the Apostle Paul to his son in the faith, Timothy, when he said, “The things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also” (II Timothy 2:2).
